Affirmed

Today I came down to the 180 house to unpack some of my office stuff from my classroom, work on support letters, raising funds, and other random maintenance.  It is rainy and dreary and I was feeling a bit alone not only in the house but in this new role in ministry. 

Right in the middle of these feelings I see a group of young faces led by a local youth pastor (Honey Ziegler from Grace Community).  They were on a prayer walk in the community and came and prayed over the house and our funding needs.

It it is an amazing affirmation that I am not in this alone.  I am continually blown away how the Lord provides and takes care of our family’s financial and emotional needs.
